Building Futures: Cobb County Sheriff’s Office Honors Fifth Class of Construction Ready Graduates
The Cobb County Sheriff’s Office celebrated the accomplishments of the fifth cohort of Construction Ready graduates with a ceremony on July 31, 2025, at the Cobb County Adult Detention Center.
Chief Deputy Rhonda Anderson, Chief of Staff David Jones, Col. Michael A. Williams, Sgt. Randall Finney, and representatives from CobbWorks and Construction Ready attended to honor the graduates.
The event marked the completion of a 21-day intensive training program that provided participants with hands-on experience and job-ready skills for careers in the construction industry. Each graduate received a Construction Ready certificate, recognizing their commitment and preparedness for the workforce.
The celebration highlighted the Sheriff’s Office’s ongoing partnership with CobbWorks and Construction Ready to create employment pathways and support personal growth. More than a graduation, the event represented achievement, transformation and hope for those building toward a brighter future.
