Cobb County Sheriff’s Office, Cobb Sheriff’s Foundation Announce Toy Drop-off Locations for Santa On Wheels
Cobb residents are encouraged to drop off new toys for those in need

MARIETTA, GA (Nov. 22, 2023) -- The Cobb County Sheriff’s Office is bringing additional holiday joy this season by distributing toys to select underserved communities in Cobb County. Cobb County residents are encouraged to join in by dropping off unwrapped toys for the Sheriff’s Office to give to families in need.

Who: Cobb County Sheriff’s Office and the Cobb Sheriff’s Foundation

What: Santa on Wheels, also known as Santa Sobre Ruedas, is an annual program of the Sheriff’s Office and the Foundation to provide free toys to up to 3,000 children, primarily ages 1 through 12, from households needing financial support this holiday season. Several businesses are supporting the effort, including Hines Law, Home Depot, Lowes, and Walmart. 

When: The designated dates for toy drop-offs extend from now to Friday, Dec. 8. Santa on Wheels will take place Saturday, Dec. 9.

Where: The drop-off locations include:


  • Epi Center - 135 Riverside Pkwy., Austell


  • Carrabba’s Restaurant - 1160 Ernest W. Barrett Pkwy., Kennesaw
  • State Farm - 4200 Wade Green Rd. Ste. 104, Kennesaw


  • Dave Poe’s BBQ - 660 Whitlock Ave., Marietta
  • Taqueria Tsunami Restaurant - 70 S Park Sq NE, Marietta


  • Chelsey Brown Int’l - 3300 Highlands Pkwy., Smyrna
  • Hook, Line & Schooner - 4600 W. Village Way Ste. 3009, Smyrna

Why: Sheriff Owens and the Cobb Sheriff’s Foundation aim to spread holiday joy to Cobb families and children in underserved communities.
