The address to send mail to an inmate has changed.

All personal mail starting September 1, 2022 must be addressed to:

Inmate Name, SOID#
PO Box 247
Phoenix, MD 21131

For Example:
Cobb County Adult Detention Center
John Smith, SOID#01234567
PO Box 247
Phoenix, MD 21131

IMPORTANT: The address must include “SOID#” with your inmate’s name to be delivered.

Attorney-client privileged mail, or packages and parcels, should continue as they are currently processed.

Any personal mail sent after this date will be “Returned to Sender.”
