Cobb Sheriff Neil Warren announced that Glenn Daniel has been hired as the agency’s Public Information Officer.
Glenn brings to Cobb over 20 years experience as a law enforcement officer, supervisor and public information officer at the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office.
“I have known Glenn for years and having seen his accomplishments at Douglas County, I am confident that he will be a great addition to our team,” said Sheriff Warren. “He shares my commitment to keeping the public informed on important public safety matters as well as being responsive to our residents.”
Daniel’s duties will include responding to media and public requests for information, managing social media accounts, organizing community programs such as firearms safety classes as well as public safety programs.
Daniel, a Cobb County native with a wife and three children, attends Douglasville Believers Church and is active in his community.
