Mounted Patrol Unit

Lieutenant Don Hunton's mount is a Sorrel Tennessee Walker called Red. Red's given name is "Cowboy" due to his love of chasing cows and running. Red stands 16.3 hands tall and is 14 years of age.

Red has worked hundreds of details with us since 1988 and is one of the most photographed horses in Cobb County. Red is incredibly friendly toward people and enjoys petting from children.
