Haque was wanted for Rape and Child Molestation. The Cobb Sheriff’s Office Fugitive Investigators along with the U.S. Marshals Southeast Regional Fugitive Task Force developed information that HAQUE was attempting to flee the United States on Friday August 9th.

Working in conjunction with Homeland Security and the Federal Air Marshals, Haque was intercepted attempting to board a flight at Hartsfield International Airport and taken into custody without incident. Haque was transported to the Cobb County Jail by Cobb S.O.

Damarius Javon Becoats, 24, charged with assault, theft, damage to property and armed robbery charges, among others, related to two incidents in August was arrested Tuesday August 17th, 2019. On Aug. 31, Kennesaw officers were dispatched to the gas station at 4240 Jiles Road, just west of Cherokee Street, where the clerk told them a man had approached him and put something to his back.

A fight ensued between the clerk and the suspect that continued into the parking lot, the suspect eventually ran from the scene empty-handed.

The clerk described the suspect as a black male, wearing all black clothing, bright red shoes and a bandanna over his face, which came off during the fight.

Evidence also links Becoats to an armed robbery on Aug. 5 at another Shell gas station at 3338 Cherokee Street. Becoats is accused of making off with more than $2,000 in that incident. The suspect wore all black clothing, bright red shoes and a red bandanna in that incident as well.
